IGB Commercial REIT was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysian Securities Berhad on 20 September 2021. As at 31 December 2025, it is the eighth largest Malaysian REIT and the largest standalone office REIT in Malaysia to date with a net lettable area of approximately 3.5 million square feet. It is also the first Malaysian REIT to achieve 100% Green-Certified Portfolio in 2025.
The Manager’s key objective for IGBCR is to provide unitholders with regular and stable distributions, sustainable long-term unit price and distributable income and capital growth, while maintaining an appropriate capital structure.
The Manager intends to achieve the investment objectives through a proactive asset management and asset enhancement strategy, yield- accretive investments that may enhance the diversification of the portfolio by location and tenant profile, and an appropriate mix of debt and equity to finance acquisitions.
