IGB Commercial REIT is a REIT established with the principal investment policy of investing, directly and indirectly, in a portfolio of income producing Real Estate used primarily for commercial purposes in Malaysia and overseas.

IGB Commercial REIT was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysian Securities Berhad on 20 September 2021. It is the sixth largest Malaysian REIT and the largest standalone office REIT in Malaysia to date with a net lettable area of approximately 3.4 million sq. ft.

The investment objective of IGB Commercial REIT is to provide Unitholders with regular and stable distributions, sustainable long-term Unit price and Distributable Income and capital growth, while maintaining an appropriate capital structure.

IGB Commercial REIT has 10 commercial properties in its portfolio, 7 in Mid Valley City and 3 in Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

IGB REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. is the Manager of IGB Commercial REIT. The Manager intends to achieve the investment objectives of IGB Commercial REIT through the following strategies:

• Proactive asset management and asset enhancement strategy
• Potential yield accretive investments and acquisition growth strategy
• Capital and risk management strategy

IGB Berhad is the Sponsor of IGB Commercial REIT and hold a substantial ownership of at least 50% of the Units, making it the largest Unitholder of IGB Commercial REIT.
