Ensignia Construction Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 14 July 1982 and it is an in-house construction arm of IGB.

Our range of capabilities in building, civil engineering, planning and other related services has proven time and time again for cost efficiencies and timeous delivery without compromising quality and safety. Recognizing that each expertise area is specialized, we offer in-depth understanding of the unique issues, complexities and challenges that are part of the culture and nature of each market sector through our experienced team members.

With specialist skills in Design, Documentation and Construction Management, Ensignia has completed some of the nation’s notable mixed developments including The Gardens integrated development comprising residences, offices and retail, the U-Thant luxury residences and the Northpoint Apartments and Office Suites. Internationally, Ensignia has also designed and constructed the St GIles Makati Hotel in Manila, Philippines.
