Job Descriptions

  • Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
  • Ensure that all health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
  • Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.
  • Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessment for all work equipment and operations.
  • Ensure all the accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
  • Ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported safety inspections, risk assessment and lone working procedures are managed and employees are aware of their responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or certification in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer or a similar role within the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing health, safety and environment programmes.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental legislation, regulations and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in using safety-related software and technology.

Job Descriptions

  • Supervise and coordinate the work activities of housekeeping contractors.
  • Inspect all area in and out of building perimeters areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
  • Coordinate daily deployment schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping contractor based on daily, weekly and monthly schedule.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct daily inspection with contractor supervisor for work done complete confirmation.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures to minimize accidents and injuries in the workplace.
  • Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities and documentation including floor audits, machineries and other related documents.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma qualification in any field.

Job Descriptions

  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of landscaping at Internal and External Mall, ensuring all plants, trees, and lawn areas are properly placed, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Develop and implement irrigation schedules and systems to maintain optimal soil moisture levels for various plant types, adjusting for seasonal changes and weather conditions.
  • Coordinate with Landscape Contractor to understand vision and requirements for landscape, providing expert advice on design, plant selection, and maintenance.
  • Manage and train landscaping staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols.
  • Inspect and assess the health of plants and soil, diagnosing and treating issues such as disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for the procurement of plants, materials, and landscaping equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design and implement soil erosion and water runoff management plans for landscapes, incorporating sustainable practices and materials to protect natural resources and comply with environmental regulations.
  • Scheduling and adjusting watering cycles with precision, based on weather conditions and plant needs, conserves water resources while maintaining healthy landscapes.
  • Accurate recognition and differentiation of plant species enable informed decisions regarding plant placement, care, and landscape design. Selecting the right plants for the area’s specific soil, light, and climate conditions promotes the health and sustainability of gardens or green spaces.
  • Creating visually appealing and sustainable outdoor and indoor spaces involves a thorough understanding of plant species, horticultural practices, and design principles.

  • Has hands on experience on chilled water system and mechanical ventilation. Able to produce basic ACMV sketches for mall operation and maintenance.

  • Ability to organize and coordinates any events and preparing schedule.
  • Independent and possess good analytical skills.

Job Descriptions

  • Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the safety and security of the mall.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to any security threats or suspicious activities.
  • Enforce mall rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent disturbances.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with directions, inquiries, and emergencies.
